Dormer Loft Conversion

A dormer loft conversion is the most popular choice for several reasons. It is an extension to the existing roof at the rear of the property. The extension projects vertically from the sloping roof, creating additional floor space and head space within the newly converted room. This conversion often provides a property with a double bedroom and bathroom or two smaller bedrooms and bathroom.

Hip to Gable Loft Conversion

This conversion is an extension to the side of your roof area. The front and rear are extended and the side roof elevation is removed and replaced with a gable end.

Mansard Loft Conversion

A mansard conversion often gives the most for value in terms of providing additional living space. Mansards are usually constructed to the rear or front of the property. Windows and balconies are built in to the roof structure as small dormers providing extra head height when enjoying the view.

L Shaped Loft Conversion

An L Shaped Dormer Conversion is again built at the rear of the property creating additional headroom and floor space. The two dormer extensions are connected together adding considerable more space than most conversions. This type of conversions is perfect for when adding a kitchen and/or bathroom to the house.
